The position

The Aga Khan University is seeking a Senior Manager, Campus Facilities. Reporting to Director, Facilities Management & Project and Construction Management, you will be responsible to lead the campus facilities such as Housekeeping Services and Landscaping Services for Aga Khan University. You would be expected to lead a very large team of over 1000 staff members (mix of regular and outsourced workers, administrative Lupport, supervisors, and management staff) and to manage and smoothly run the campus facilities operations over 300 locations spread over the country.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• develop policies and programs for effective and efficient campus facilities services, particularly related to housekeeping and landscaping fields
