You identify future-critical skill gaps, translate them into actionable enterprise programs, and lead the delivery of strategic capability programs across Great Southern Bank. Working across the business, and through L&D, vendors and key stakeholders, you deliver high-impact programs that strengthen workforce readiness, support the Aspire Strategy, and ensure we continue to evolve as a modern, capability-driven organisation.
