Senior Manager, CDZ Operations

We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager to lead and expand our CDZ (Customs) operations. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring compliant, efficient daily operations while driving product growth and supporting our long‑term CDZ strategy, including the ambition to double CDZ capability by 2030. The manager will manage internal DGF teams and service providers, collaborate closely with Sales and engage directly with customers, Customs officers and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Leadership:
Lead and manage CDZ (Customs) operations across assigned stations.
Ensure operational processes are compliant, efficient and aligned with best practices.
Oversee customer complaints management and corrective actions.
Liaise with Customs officers and handle Customs queries, fines and certification renewals.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Manage service providers through weekly/monthly performance reviews.
