**Principal responsibilities**

+ Strategic Development

+ development and programme management of HACN Strategic Plan and mobilisation of Global Business (GB)/Global Function (GF) to execute the Plan
+ formulate the HACN’s medium term strategies, support execution, coordination, tracking and evaluation according to the Bank’s strategic planning framework
