Senior Manager, Client Analytics and Strategy

To design and implement data-driven analytical framework that enhance understanding of investors' trading behaviour and product adoption patterns across the Exchange's ecosystem.
The role focuses on developing customer segmentation, behavioural insights, and predictive models to identify opportunities for cross-selling investment products and strengthening market engagement with retail investors, institutional investors and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse high volume of transactional data to identify trading trends, product adoption and engagement patterns across asset classes.
• Segment investors by activity level and market contribution to support targeted commercial and market development strategies.
• Develop dashboards and analytics frameworks to monitor trading behavior, market share shifts, and client lifecycle value.
