Provide expert review and guidance on Indian legal and regulatory frameworks for Global Capability Centres, conduct compliance assessments, and advise on regulatory adherence for the India entity.
Monitoring and reporting of 2LoA activities to the Executive Manager, including BAU management of the Risk Management Approach, the Operational Risk Management Framework and Compliance Management Framework in support of CPS 220
Working as part of a team of professional SMEs to provide independent, pragmatic and value adding Ops Risk and Compliance advice, assurance and approval/acceptance for the India entity and the India Program 
Providing input to the Executive Manager into regulatory submissions, attestations, incident notification, regulatory consultations, regulatory change implementation and other matters as required under internal frameworks, policies and governance
