Senior Manager, Compliance Officer for Data Privacy Governance

This position is officially sanctioned by the National Privacy Commission as a deputy officer of the Group Data Protection Officer (DPO). The role is responsible for the governance, execution, implementation, validation, assessment, testing, and monitoring of the Jollibee Group’s Data Privacy Governance, Controls Standards, Framework, and Policies, ensuring compliance across platforms globally. As defined by the National Privacy Commission, a Compliance Officer for Privacy (COP) performs selected functions of the DPO under the DPO’s supervision.

The role owns Privacy Management Platforms that facilitate operational compliance and provides governance consulting and advisory on privacy requirements. It ensures compliance with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) and local regulatory equivalents, supports regulatory sustainability, and serves as the primary privacy point of contact after the DPO.
