Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

  • This position will be responsible for compliance related legal matters (including anti-corruption, anti-bribery, anti-embezzlement, anti-commercial fraud, regulatory compliance and internal policy compliance), especially handling of compliance audits and investigations related to alleged regulatory violations and internal policy violations; assist in dealing with compliance of business operation (including certificates, government inspections, investigations and business rectifications); and handle commercial legal affairs (such as contract drafting, negotiation and providing legal advice for business operation) as well as commercial disputes, arbitration and litigation, etc. as required, reporting to the Sr. Compliance Director of Compliance of UBR MB, in partnership with business teams, and legal/compliance team in headquarter and JV corporate.
