My client is a Global SSC that is looking to hire a Senior Manager Continuous Improvement Manager (Penang).Your new role 
My client is Global Shared Service Center that is looking to hire a Senior Manager Continuous Improvement Manager to be based in Penang. 

What you'll need to succeed 
In your new role, you lead, develop and coach the team of the Regional Process Coordination for Finance and Asset Management. You are responsible for rolling out globally harmonized business processes in the area of Finance and supporting in case of special legal or business requirements.
You will be consulting group companies and SSC on Finance and Asset Management topics, ensuring the global knowledge transfer and performing training if required.
You will be reliable to coordinate and lead deployments of standard processes for all companies in the region.
