Responsibilities

Responsible for pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, tender evaluation, cashflow forecast, contract administration, costs control of capital works, evaluation of variations, review of payments, claims assessment, and finalization of project accounts.

Lead a project team and coordinate with internal departments, external consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Prepare analysis reports and recommendations for the approval of consultancy agreements and works tenders.
