Senior Manager, Corporate Development (Startup | Fundraising)
A privately backed international startup is seeking a Corporate Development professional to support enterprise-level growth initiatives and complex commercial decision making. The role works closely with senior management and contributes to long-term value creation across the business. Maritime industry experience would be a plus. Depending on the years of expereince this could be a senior or junir position.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and progress growth opportunities including partnerships, structured investments, and expansion initiatives
Support enterprise planning through financial analysis, scenario modelling, and commercial evaluation
Lead cross-functional workstreams related to strategic and capital initiatives
Prepare internal papers, business cases, and recommendations for senior leadership and governance forums
