Job Description
Lead and support end‑to‑end transactions - mandate to negotiate, valuation, due diligence, structuring, investment papers, and closing.
Build/review financial models and challenge assumptions (WACC, FX, volume, tariff, capex lifecycle, sensitivities)
Coordinate cross-functional due diligence (Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Operations) and align with regional business units.
Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior leadership.
