Description

The Senior Finance Manager, Corporate is responsible for leading the Company’s external financial reporting function for a publicly listed organization. This role ensures full compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), securities regulations, and internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) requirements. They will oversee consolidated financial reporting, technical accounting, MD&A preparation, audit coordination, and continuous enhancement of the control environment.   

Key Responsibilities

External Financial Reporting (Public Company) 

  • Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. 

  • Oversee preparation of MD&A, earnings releases, financial press materials, and investor disclosures. 

  • Ensure compliance with applicable securities regulations and stock exchange requirements.
