Senior Manager- Corporate Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Jointly oversee the daily operations and deliverables of the Corporate Reporting Division alongside superiors and senior colleagues.
• Involve in preparing the Asia Memorial Holding Ltd (AMHL) Group monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting inclusive all relevant analyses and reconciliation in a timely and efficient manner as to enable reporting to Board of Directors.
• Lead and manage the annual audit process for Asia Memorial Group Limited (AMGL), ensuring timely and efficient completion in close coordination with external auditors and internal finance teams.
• Involve in preparing the draft and audited annual consolidation financial statements of all the key investment companies like Asia Memorial Group Limited group, Asia Memorial Holdings Limited group, Grand Venture Investment Limited group, North Memorial Sdn Bhd group, other relevant audit schedules that related to the consolidated financial statements of the respective Groups...
