Job Description

The Role

This position will provide early cost planning advice based on concept design of development project pipeline across Mapletree businesses covering the whole of Japan.


Job Responsibilities

This role will support the Japan Project Director, Group Development Management in the pre and post contract and administration services (during construction) activities of the business unit across the regions.

Cost Management:

  • Prepare Concept Design Stage cost plans of various project types across the regions.

  • Ensure the cost plan and pricing for the project reflects and meets the project brief.

  • Ensure any residual risk is included in the project contingency assessment / allowance.

  • Manage/achieve the timely delivery of cost planning deliverables to programme for the concept design in accordance with the overall program and agreed project milestones and through to obt...
