Strategic leader with a business focus, responsible for overseeing infrastructure services (on-premise and cloud) for our client in Chile. The role focuses on the quality of service, the relationship with stakeholders and the support of new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate the quality of current CIS services delivered to the client
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Act as a point of contact for infrastructure-related needs and escalations
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that services are aligned with business objectives
Identify and support new business opportunities according to the client
's requirements- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure continuity and improvement of the service
