Senior Manager, Data Analytics - Governance

Position Summary

Senior Manager, Data Analytics – Governance leads the design and delivery of decision‑ready analytics that drive business performance while establishing foundational data governance practices in partnership with various stakeholders in Walmart Canada, Walmart International, and Global Technology teams. This role also owns high impact analytics roadmaps, BI solutions, and adoption; and help define governance standards, stewardship, and tooling so our data and reporting are trusted, secure, and compliant across business units.

Analytics Strategy and Delivery

• Strategy & Roadmap: Partner with business and technology teams to design and execute a scalable analytics roadmap; translate goals into prioritized use cases with requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
