As the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics (Logistics) you will lead a team responsible for providing in-depth logistics insights, from geographical operations and fleet performance to delivery efficiency and cost optimization. You will work closely with the Logistics, Service Operations teams as well as other analytics teams to ensure that data-driven decision-making supports our scaling needs and improves customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team—providing hands-on support where needed—in structuring and solving complex logistics problems, leveraging agentic AI tools and advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights and scalable data products that drive measurable business impact.
