 In this role, you will: Lead the strategy, design and support the execution of multi-channel programs across the client lifecycle to drive acquisition, engagement and retention of checking and savings products.

Leverage competitive analysis, data and insights to conceptualize and propose marketing programs that drive the highest impact.

Lead the agile squad on the redesign of the early tenure journey to improve product engagement and drive primacy.

Accountable for setting and attaining targets associated with programs / initiatives, and effectively managing and prioritizing amongst multiple simultaneous projects.

Work alongside data and analytics partners to report on program performance, share key insights and recommendations with leadership and key stakeholders.

Own end-to-end campaign management, including offer and rate changes, product updates, and issue resolution.
