Senior Manager, Development Management

JOB PURPOSE

The Senior Manager, Integrated/High-Rise Development is the operational lead within the Development Division, responsible for managing the blueprint, budget, and comprehensive planning for assigned development/s and vertical phasing. This role ensures that specific high-rise developments are commercially viable and fully documented with a focus on technical integration before being handed over to the downstream Project Division.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Planning, Master Feasibility & Financial Control

• Development Feasibility Study and Cash Flow:
  Lead and own the Development Master Feasibility Study for specific assigned development/s and vertical phasing, ensuring residential/commercial mixes meet targeted profitability hurdles (IRR/ROI/NDP) and cash flow projections.
