Job Description

The Senior Manager of SK-II, Digital Marketplace will be responsible for managing and executing strategies related to Amazon within their team or organization. This role will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the Amazon (3P) marketplace business to drive profitable growth, enhance brand visibility, and improve customer engagement. This role owns end-to-end marketplace performance, and cross-functional collaboration, while building strong relationships with Amazon and external partners to unlock new opportunities and deliver sustained business impact.



Key Responsibilities:


Digital Shelf Quality & Content Health

+ Monitor PDP content health and accuracy (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, attributes, enhanced content).

+ Track KPI performance including content completeness, share of search, conversion rate, ra...
