Senior Manager, Distribution Centre

Job Summary:

Manage and optimize distribution centre's daily operations, workflows, stock management, HR development, and compliance within the Distribution Centre, while driving efficiency, cost reduction, and supporting special projects to meet the group’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist immediate superior to plan, organize and manage daily, weekly and monthly routine processes, assignment, duties, and task at receiving, put away, storage, picking, sorting, allocate, checking, and loading departments. • Verify that all SOPs are being practiced correctly for each assignment, duties and tasks by all departments/section person in charge.• Audit all the departments to make sure all processes are done as per SOP.• Verify that all daily, weekly and monthly reports and records are properly kept and continuously done.• Verify that all reports and documentation properly kept fo...
