Senior Manager, DPO/Compliance Officer

YOU will be responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with data protection laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The role involves legal advisory, risk management, and implementation of compliance frameworks to protect client and company data.
1. Data Protection & Privacy Compliance
Act as the primary point of contact for all data protection and privacy matters within the company.
Ensure compliance with PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act), GDPR (if applicable), and other relevant data protection laws.
Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies, procedures, and frameworks.
Conduct data privacy impact assessments (DPIAs) and advise on data protection risks.
Manage data subject access requests (DSARs) and ensure timely responses to privacy-related inquiries.
Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure proper data security measures are in place.
