The EMEA Distribution Senior Manager is responsible for **end-to-end operational performance and strategic execution** across Integra's EMEA distribution network, overseeing a single DC that combines distribution and returns operations. This role leads a team of DC and returns specialists, senior specialists, consignment operations specialists, and an optimization manager, ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
