Senior Manager, Engineering

Purpose

In this role you will lead and oversee Insurance Domain Technology applications and teams in both Colombia and Canada, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed and delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. You will work closely with project and business teams to align partners and stakeholders and deliver solutions on time. You are also responsible for maintenance and support of the technology after implementation and for people‑management activities.

Accountabilities

• Leads and drives a customer‑focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Provides overall leadership and technical guidance that enables creative delivery of Insurance applications and coordinates teams to deliver according to the global insurance roadmap.
