Reduction in repetitive breakdown occurrences (Hours and Instances) across CEAT plants

Reduction in cost of maintenance (Stores, spares and repair maintenance cost) through horizontal deployment

Reduction in energy cost and optimization of power consumption ratio

PM Effectiveness and predictive maintenance implementation across plants

Plant safety and environment, with focus on sustainability metrics

Improvement initiatives across all plants

Compliance as per statutory standards for electrical installations and weights & measures
