 In this role you will: Own and manage executive (VP+) talent acquisition across the Bank’s business lines and corporate/control functions, providing strategic insights and advice by partnering with hiring executives on complex, specialized leadership needs

Perform in-depth research to identify passive talent prospects and reviewing and screening candidate applications to present diverse and highly qualified candidate slates

Take a proactive, data-driven approach to source and attract executive-level candidates through various channels, building a pipeline of candidates for the Bank’s executive talent pool and bringing insights and ideas to leaders at the Bank

Advocate and champion Scotiabank’s commitment to diversity and inclusion by practicing inclusive hiring practices and ensuring stakeholders are committing to the same
