Opportunity

Senior Manager, External and Sustainability Reporting is a key contributor in telling the story of RBC’s financial results and sustainability initiatives to the public. The role collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to create effective and consistent external reporting, build technical and leadership skills, and develop strong relationships across the Bank.

Responsibilities

• Key member of the team managing the preparation and delivery of RBC’s annual and quarterly external disclosures, including the Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A).
• Primary preparer of critical external reporting materials, ensuring effective governance and challenge throughout the end‑to‑end report process.
• Develop strong business‑partner relationships to foster understanding of key drivers and metrics, ensuring disclosures communicate results effectively.
