Senior Manager - Finance (Tax)- Mumbai

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance Tax team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office

Senior Manager- Finance (Tax) - Mumbai

We will count on you to:

• Manage Tax and Transfer Pricing Audits
• Manage all Direct, Indirect Tax and SEZ compliances and assessments
• GST Compliances (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, 9, 9C, ITC reconciliation)
• SEZ / GIFT Compliances
• Direct Tax - WHT compliances / 26AS reconciliation / Advance Tax / Income tax return
• Regional Tax compliance
• Documentation for Transfer Pricing
• Manage direct, indirect and TP assessments including appeals etc with effective documentation and paperwork.
• Tax related Payments and Provisions in books
• Support in Statutory Audit/ Half yearly financials relating to Tax part
