Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

DECIEM, a trailblazing beauty company, operates brands including The Ordinary , and NIOD . The company was acquired by Estee Lauder Companies and is currently undergoing a period of significant transformation. To date, the AR and AP functions have been offshored to affiliates in Panama and India . Further offshoring initiatives are planned as is an ERP system conversion . The Senior Financial Reporting Manager , will play a key role in leading the transformation of the financial reporting function . Reporting to the Director, Financial Controller, this role will lead all aspects of consolidation, internal and external reporting, audit inquiries, and support the optimization of reporting timelines .
