Role Profile:

Manage and reduce H&S risk within the retail business through taking geographical responsibility for the implementation of strategic initiatives and delivery of operational outputs as dictated by the H&S Annual Plan.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Undertake detailed and professional investigations identifying root cause analysis, remedial actions and role / individual specific action plans to ensure remedial action recommendations are addressed in full. 

Produce detailed accident investigation reports to a high standard of quality and content within agreed timescales using company approved templates and documentation.
