Summary

This role is accountable for ensuring our fleet is reliable, field-ready, and operating at optimal capacity. You will lead the maintenance strategy, reduce unplanned downtime, and build the systems, reports, and programs needed to support a growing operation.

• Establish and drive preventative , proactive, and predictive maintenance programs
