Position Title: Senior Manager Flight Services
Location: ISB-LHE-KHI & MUX
What you'll do:
Oversee and enforce all cabin crew standards, including personal appearance, pre-flight duties, and onboard service, ensuring strict compliance with company and regulatory protocols.
Monitor and analyze crew performance using flight reports, daily checklists, and audits. Identify trends, address deviations, and compile detailed performance documentation.
Consolidate safety and service data from trip reports. Uphold a rigorous Safety Management System (SMS) and ensure full adherence to all safety, security, and regulatory audits.
Manage the daily flight service schedule, review crew assignments, and ensure efficient communication of all changes or updates to the cabin crew team.
Provide direct leadership to supervisory staff and mentor the wider cabin crew body to foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
