What you'll do:

• Oversee and enforce all cabin crew standards, including personal appearance, pre-flight duties, and onboard service, ensuring strict compliance with company and regulatory protocols.
• Monitor and analyze crew performance using flight reports, daily checklists, and audits. Identify trends, address deviations, and compile detailed performance documentation.
• Consolidate safety and service data from trip reports. Uphold a rigorous Safety Management System (SMS) and ensure full adherence to all safety, security, and regulatory audits.
• Manage the daily flight service schedule, review crew assignments, and ensure efficient communication of all changes or updates to the cabin crew team.
