Key Accountabilities

• Administration: Ensure day-to-day operations of Private Mandates and Unit Trust (backup) back office functions run smoothly; manage team members for Mandates; update HOD on issues and BAU matters; engage with service providers to ensure smooth BAU processes; monitor KPIs per SLA; ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures; assist HOD in annual due diligence from custodians and others; be the key contact point for all mandates’ custodians.

Team Management
