Administration

• Ensuring that the day-to-day operations of both Private Mandates and Unit Trust (back up) back office functions are operating smoothly.

• Managing team members for Mandates.

• Updating HOD on any issues arises or BAU matters.

• Actively engage with service providers to ensure smooth process for BAU.

• Monitor the service standards of the appointed service provider via the relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as stipulated...
