Responsibilities:


  • Define and exemplify production standards for Wild Rift at the Shanghai Studio, focusing on delivery excellence, adherence to Riot’s values, and team health.

  • Provide transparent updates on the production pipeline's status and health, identifying potential risks and coordinating stakeholder escalations.

  • Mentor and lead a production team capable of owning significant features for Wild Rift, incorporating strategic workforce planning and recruitment.

  • Develop and optimize work processes and communication channels for managing projects with remote teams in China and Riot’s Los Angeles office.

  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment on production schedules and priorities with Riot Los Angeles and our partners in China, ensuring accountability and timely delivery of commitments.
