This position is responsible for the management of the Bank’s DC pension and Employee Share Plans globally, including managing financials, vendor management, strategy, compliance, governance, communication & education and involvement in budgeting and expense management of external vendors. The major areas of exposure are Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the Caribbean. This position is also the lead on M&A activity for the HR team.
