 In this role, you will: Maintain exceptional client service standards within the GTB Communications team and with key corporate partners by delivering expert guidance and support.

Offer strategic recommendations and value-added support across teams to strengthen our role as trusted partners to leaders and communications teams throughout the Bank.

Coordinate messaging and processes to ensure consistent communication across all GTB priority markets.

Stay well-versed in Bank policies and procedures, advising the team on proper protocols for various scenarios to ensure compliance and best practice.

Design and implement communication plans and tactics that promote greater understanding of the Bank’s strategy and priorities among stakeholders.
