Senior Manager, Governance, Risk & Controls

The Senior Manager, Governance, Risk & Controls is authorised by the CEO’s Office to:

• Conduct governance and controls reviews across any department, function, or country operations

• Request and review process documentation, transaction samples, approvals, and control records

• Perform structured control walkthroughs and compliance checks

• Escalate material control gaps and risk exposures directly to the CEO

• Recommend corrective control measures and process improvements

• Support management teams in implementing approved control enhancements
