• Develop and implement a government engagement strategy for our operations in Mexico.
• Manage engagement with government partners, working as appropriate with local business units in The LEGO Group and aligning on outreach. This includes daily operational needs as well as strategic topics, and policy issues.
• Develop and deliver GPA engagement and advocacy plans that support the company with government partners.
• Closely track, analyze and disseminate legislative and policy trends on key public policy issues that impact The LEGO Group (including environmental policy, labor law, trade, production and logistics).
