Senior Manager, Group Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review quarterly financial reports, annual audited financial statements, and announcements for Bursa Malaysia in accordance with MFRS and Bursa Listing Requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of financial results, corporate proposals, and other relevant disclosures to Bursa Malaysia.
• Liaise with external auditors, company secretary, tax agents, regulators (e.g., Bursa Malaysia, SC, Inland Revenue Board), investors and analyst
• Ensure compliance with all Bursa Malaysia reporting obligations and corporate disclosure policies.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial consolidation for group reporting.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for management decision-making.
• Review and ensure accuracy of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
