We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead our Group Secretarial function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Group Secretarial function for the Company and its subsidiaries.
• Act as Company Secretary for the listed holding company and relevant subsidiaries in compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, and other regulatory requirements.
• Advise the Board of Directors and Senior Management on corporate governance, statutory compliance, and regulatory matters.
