About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) Expert with 5+ years of experience to lead our acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies.
You will own and optimize referral mechanics, onboarding journeys, activation funnels, and incentive programs, leveraging CEP tools such as Mo Engage, Clever Tap, and Plotline, along with deep behavioral insights.
