Senior Manager, Partner Strategy & Operations

This role defines the Partner Ecosystem and GTM strategies for SI, Cloud, and ISV channels, providing strategic analysis and operational rigor to scale a high‑growth GTM business. It partners across Partnerships, Sales, Finance, and Data teams to translate partner performance into actionable insights, resource investments, and long‑range planning models. The position reports to the Director of Partner Strategy & Operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the Partner GTM Strategy, setting strategic choices for the SI, Cloud, and ISV ecosystems and establishing investment frameworks for high‑impact resource deployment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Partnerships Leadership, defining, tracking, and implementing goals, programs, and strategies while bridging executive vision and tactical execution.
