CFM is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Health & Safety to join our leadership team in Saint John, New Brunswick. This role ensures compliance with applicable legislation, drives a strong safety culture, and partners with operations leaders to reduce risk, prevent incidents, and promote the wellbeing of employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the Health & Safety Management System, ensuring it is effectively implemented, audited, and aligned with regulatory requirements, COR standards, and organizational objectives. Drive proactive safety culture initiatives focused on engagement, leadership, and accountability.
