 Senior Manager 
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as Manager, Scheme Payment. This role is ideal for individuals with solid experience in financial operations and a strong understanding of retirement schemes.
Your Role
Oversee end-to-end scheme payment operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing

Lead and supervise the team in executing scheme-related transactions in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance process efficiency and strengthen control measures

Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in workflow, control frameworks, and service quality
