The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner is responsible for driving strategic and operational HR initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives. The role acts as a trusted advisor to management and business leaders, providing hands‑on HR support across talent management, employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, and stakeholder management.
