Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full HR function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive recruitment for technical and managerial roles, ensuring talent quality and timely hiring.
• Oversee onboarding, probation evaluation, confirmation processes, and employee lifecycle management.
• Ensure strict compliance with Sindh Labour Laws, minimum wage notifications, and statutory requirements.
• Strengthen HR policies, SOPs, and documentation with clarity and consistency.
• Build a culture of discipline, transparency, and professional excellence.
• Lead performance management, training needs analysis, and capability development.
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance systems, and HR analytics.
• Act as a strategic partner to management for workforce planning and organizational improvement.
• Represent HR in audits, buyer visits, and compliance reviews.
