Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the role of HRBP, Regional HR Strategy. The successful candidate will serve as a Strategic HR Business Partner to broad business leaders in Japan.

**【Responsibilities】**

+ Collaborate closely with the broad business leaders and team to align HR strategies with business goals. Provide strategic HR guidance and support to foster a high-performance culture.
+ Analyze HR challenges, including Talent Management, Organization Development, Engagement through communication with stakeholders. Develop, execute, and manage project plans including responsibility for scheduling, resource forecasting, managing project financials, and providing input and justification for costs and budget impact.
